Saqlain Wildman is the founder of Luxury Acute and Xtreme Society Limited (L.A.X Society) and has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Director since February 2017 until he was appointed as Executive Chairman in 2021 and then Academy/School President in 2022.  Saqlain Wildman is a Jamaican entrepreneur, public speaker, and author/writer. He also served in the capacity of sports director for the school of business administration at the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2019-2020. Before that, Saqlain published his first book titled "Success" under the L.A.X Society's brand in 2018. But, that wasn't his first book. In 2015, Saqlain wrote a book titled "Temptation" which L.A.X Society later bought to convert it into a movie script where he was the official scriptwriter.   

Saqlain is considered as the youngest full School (primary, secondary and tertiary) owner in Jamaica- he founded the LAX Academy for Athletics & Creative Arts.  The self-built entrepreneur started his entrepreneurial adventures at the age of 16 and holds certification/License in Talent Identification through England's Football Federation (The FA) , US SafeSport-trained, and in football (soccer) coaching through US Soccer Federation.

He started this company after noticing the challenges that youngsters encounter in aspiring to become professional entertainers and athletes and the lack of proper representation thereof. Consequently, he started L.A.X Society as a helping hand to serve as an agent for entertainers and athletes and also to discover latent talents and reveal them to the proper platform.

As CEO, Saqlain arranged for several athletes from the company to attend tryouts across the USA and Europe and on many occasions perform public speaking. Leading the company to maintain a 100% exit trial success rate, successful college & academy placement across USA and Spain.

  
Furthermore, he led the operational team for the L.A.X Society historic event, International and Local Awards (ILAs) in 2018. The private award show attracted an audience of entertainers, managers, and patrons.  Most recently, Saqlain also serves as the head of JA recruitment for the L.A.X elite athletes' program and initiated the youth ambassadors program.
